Former HIT Entertainment licensing executive Stephen Gould joins Saban Consumer Products Europe (SCPE) as licensing director of its U.K. arm. Gould reports to Ian Downes, managing director for SCPE, the consumer products division of Fox Kids Europe. Gould is responsible for sales, promotions, marketing and advertising Fox Kids Europe-owned and third party properties in the U.K. and Ireland. He will also source new properties for European representation and be involved with deals with SCPE's six other European offices. While at HIT, Gould was licensing executive responsible for sales and marketing of its properties in the U.K., which included BOB THE BUILDER, BARNEY, KIPPER and ANGELINA BALLERINA. Gould has been involved in the U.K. gift industry for more than 14 years, with stints at Janet Woodward Licensing and Hickory & Moose Ltd.
