Ronald Sanders to Head Warner Home Video

As part of the reorganization and establishment of the recent Warner Bros. Home Ent. Group, Ronald Sanders has been named president, Warner Home Video. He assumes responsibility for the overall worldwide operation of Warner Home Video, including sales, marketing, distribution, finance, administration and physical operations.

Rons got a wealth of experience in all aspects of the home video business both domestically and internationally, said Kevin Tsujihara, president of Warner Bros. Home Ent. Group. "As we reorganize and realign our home entertainment businesses, well rely on him and his expertise to maximize our home video operation and maintain its industry leading position.

Sanders, part of Warner Home Video for nearly 15 years, most recently was evp/gm of North America. Upon taking this post in January 2003, he assumed full P&L responsibility for all of the divisions activities in the U.S.

Previously he was svp & co-md of Europe, Middle East, & Africa. During his three-year tenure with WHV in Europe (the divisions largest region outside North America), he held all P&L responsibilities and directed activities with affiliates and licensees in 46 territories.

Since joining WHV in 1991, Sanders has had various managerial positions, including vp, rental sales, and vp, sell-through sales, before being promoted in 1999 to md, U.K. & Ireland, based in London.

He began his career at Procter & Gamble.
