They will be joined by Australian experts working in film, television and commercial production, including Complete Post, the Melbourne company that has contributed to China's official entry for the 2004 Oscar for best foreign film, WARRIORS OF HEAVEN & EARTH.
Complete Post produced the opening title sequence for this modern Chinese epic that included matte painting, 2D camera moves, 3D displacement mapping and compositing. Overlaid with action sequences, the opener tells the story of the history of the trade route stretching across China to Istanbul. Complete Post also shared a range of vfx shots with a Beijing effects house.
