Rejected at Annecy? Submit Your Film to Annecy+

Oscar-nominated animator Bill Plympton and animation journalist Nancy Denney-Phelps issue a call for short films rejected by the Annecy official selection committee.

Was your animation short rejected at Annecy? Here's another chance to have your work seen during the festival. Submit your film to Annecy+!

Oscar-nominated animator Bill Plympton and animation journalist Nancy Denney-Phelps (check out her Sprockets festival animation blog) have issued a call for short films that were rejected by the Annecy official selection committee.

The only requirement is that films submitted to the celebrated festival have not been included in any official Annecy program, competitive or non-competitive.

Selected films will be screened at Annecy on Friday, June 13 (location to be determined).

Submitted films to Annecy+ should arrive by May 20.

For more information and film submission details, email Nancy Denney-Phelps at nik@niksprocket.org   (if located in Europe/Asia) or Bill Plympton at plymptoons@aol.com (if located in North/South America).
