Radium Signs Michele Jeffers As Executive Producer Of Episodic And Features

Executive producer Michele Jeffers has joined digital visual effects studio Radium as head of the companys episodic and features division. She will be based in Radium's Santa Monica office. Jeffers has served as visual effects production manager at top effects houses and studios including Dream Quest Images, Sony Development, Banned from the Ranch, 20th Century Fox and Paramount Pictures. Prior to joining Radium, Jeffers was most recently executive producer for Foundation Imaging, where she facilitated the production of visual effects for feature films, television, commercials, music videos and games. She enjoyed a previous stint as producer at Sony Development working on the 11-minute all-CG ride film THE BEATLES YELLOW SUBMARINE ADVENTURE, and contributed her talents and expertise to the popular family film DR. DOLITTLE at Banned from the Ranch. During her tenure at Dream Quest Images, Jeffers worked on such feature films as EARTH 2, which received an Emmy Award for Visual Effects in 1995, THE ROCK and CON AIR. In 1995, she managed the effects production on VIRTUOSITY at Paramount Pictures and oversaw the cloud tank and aerial tests for the Academy Award-winning film INDEPENDENCE DAY at 20th Century Fox. A native of Chicago, Jeffers received a B.A. in Marketing and Communications from DePaul University and began her career working in commercial and feature film production in the Windy City before relocating to Los Angeles.
