For January 2005, Kids' WB! will see the exclusive U.S. premiere of POKÉMON THE MOVIE: DESTINY DEOXYS as well as the third season premiere of WHAT'S NEW SCOOBY-DOO?
On Jan. 22, Kids' WB! will air the U.S. premiere of POKÉMON THE MOVIE: DESTINY DEOXYS (10:00 am - 12:00 pm ET/9:00 - 11:00 am PT). Four years ago, a strange meteorite crashed into Earth -- carrying a powerful secret. In high-tech Larousse City, secrets are revealed as Ash, Pikachu and the gang meet Tory, a new friend who is afraid of Pokémon and their trainers. New fears surface when a mysterious aurora appears over the city and the gang encounters Deoxys -- a newly discovered Pokémon. When a fierce competition between Deoxys and Rayquaza ignites, it will take more than just Ash and Pikachu to help stop it. From Buena Vista Home Entertainment, POKÉMON THE MOVIE: DESTINY DEOXYS will be available in stores on DVD and VHS Feb. 15, 2005.
WHAT'S NEW SCOOBY-DOO? will return to Kids' WB!'s morning lineup on Jan. 29 (8:00 am ET/7:00 am PT). In an interactive twist, viewers will get the chance to help crack the case as each episode will end "unsolved" and kids will be able to go online to guess "whodunit" at www.KidsWB.com. The much-anticipated reveal will be aired the following week -- along with the names of five crime-solving viewers who guessed right.
