Pooh Friendship DVD Offers First Episode of New Series

Walt Disney Home Ent. recently reissued THE MANY ADVENTURES OF WINNIE THE POOH (1977), Pooh's first and most beloved feature film, in a brand new Friendship Edition DVD ($29.99).

Included in the landmark anthology are HONEY TREE, THE BLUSTERY DAY (1969 Best Animated Short Film Academy Award winner) and WINNIE THE POOH WITH TIGGER TOO: digitally restored and remastered and packed with new bonus features, including the first episode from the new TV series, MY FRIENDS TIGGER & POOH.

This animated classic (directed by John Lounsbery and Wolfgang Reitherman) tells the tale of the first, unforgettable meeting between Tigger and Pooh, and contains such engaging songs as "Little Black Rain Cloud" and "Rumbly In My Tumbly." Sebastian Cabot (Bagheera from JUNGLE BOOK) narrates, famed voiceover artist Paul Winchell speaks for Tigger and Disney legend Sterling Holloway voices Pooh.
