Oliver Platt is the latest actor to join the cast of Matthew Vaughn's X-MEN: FIRST CLASS, reports Deadline.com. The 2012 actor will play the non-mutant known as The Man in Black. The cast includes James McAvoy (Xavier), Michael Fassbender (Magneto), Alice Eve (Emma Frost), Nicholas Hoult (Beast), Jennifer Lawrence (Mystique), Caleb Landry Jones (Banshee), Lucas Till (Havoc), Edi Gathegi (Darwin), Rose Byrne (Moira MacTaggert), Jason Flemyng (Azazel) and Kevin Bacon. The 20th Century Fox production will start production in London at the end of August.
