Torchwood Getting U.S. Treatment from Fox
According to THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER, Fox is developing a U.S. version of TORCHWOOD.
Russell Davies, the original series creator, is writing the script for the project from BBC Worldwide Productions.
The U.K. hit series is a spin-off from the 2005 revival of DOCTOR WHO.

What a rancid waste of time=-Torchwood was a really great little weird scifi and it was cool becos there weren't anything like it. To remake it for American tv--what a bummer. It will end up being very pretty people without the strange relationships and what a waste. Barrowman is going to be in desperate housewives and igit killed off Ianto, so....what totally new folks?
