Lecce, Italy -- The Scratch! International Animation Film Festival, dedicated to short animation films, has issued a call for submissions.

The 2nd edition of the Scratch! International Animation Film Festival will take place this year on June 14-15, 2013 in Lecce, Italy.

Scratch! is a festival dedicated to short animation movies (max 20 min. length films).

Films must be under 20 minutes. There are three competitive categories:

• 3D and VFX
• Traditional animation, 2d digital animation, mixed media, and stop motion
• Music Videos

Submission is FREE!

To participate, visit the Scratch! International Animation Film Festival website for rules and entry forms. The deadline for submissions is April 30, 2013.
