The off-again, on-again Broadway production SPIDER-MAN: TURN OFF THE DARK has hit another snag. The Hollywood Reporter writes that lingering safety concerns over the unprecedented aerial stunt work has delayed the debut of the production another two weeks. The New York State Department of Labor has begun an investigation of the $60 million production after an actor broke his wrists during rehearsals.

Now instead of previews starting on Nov. 14, they will begin on Nov. 28 with the opening pushed from Dec. 21 to Jan. 11.

Julie Taylor is directing the production, which features songs from U2's Bono and The Edge.
