Phineas and Ferb Brings in Big Numbers for Disney

The premiere of the original series PHINEAS AND FERB on Friday, February 1, debuted as cable's most-watched animated series premiere on record in Tweens 9-14 (1.6 million/6.4 rating). Moreover, the series now stands as Disney Channel's second-most-watched animated series premiere ever in Girls 6-11 (1.3 million/10.5 rating) and Tween Girls (957,000/8.0 rating), behind only THE REPLACEMENTS (9/8/06). Among boy demos, the series also ranked as the net's second-most-watched animated series premiere of all time in Total Viewers (4.0 million), Boys 6-11 (751,000/6.0 rating) and Tween Boys (608,000/4.9 rating), behind only LILO & STITCH: THE SERIES (10/12/03).

The show also stood as Friday's No. 1 TV series in all key kid demographics and, in total viewers (4.0 million), PHINEAS AND FERB was TV's most-watched animated series telecast of the day.
