Ron Perlman has joined the cast of actioner DRIVE, reports Screen Daily. The cast also includes Ryan Gosling, Carey Mulligan, Albert Brooks, Bryan Cranston, Oscar Isaacs and Christina Hendricks. Gosling plays a stunt driver who takes a second job as a getaway driver. When he gets mixed up with a pretty girl (Mulligan), the situation gets pretty ugly fast.
Nicolas Winding Refn is directing from a script by Hossein Amini based on James Sallis' novel. Marc Platt, Marc Platt Productions' Adam Siegel, OddLot Entertainment's Gigi Pritzker and Bold Films' Michel Litvak are the producers. David Lancaster, Gary Michael Walters, Bill Lischak and Linda McDonough are exec producing.
