Pepper's Ghost Productions (PGP) has inked an agreement with Cambridge Animation Systems whereby Cambridge will be the exclusive worldwide distributor for PGP's production management software tool, PG Studio. PG Studio was developed by PGP to manage all facets of production for its 3D CGI properties. The software was an integral part of the award-winning television series, TINY PLANETS, which was co-produced with Sesame Workshop, and is already on air in Australia, sold to territories throughout the world, and with a U.K. version to be seen on CiTV in the spring of 2002. As part of PGP's multimedia integrated program to develop and exploit the latest in 3D CGI animation, TINY PLANETS is one of many projects now on the upcoming production slate, including KINGFISHER TAILOR, BUS STOP, POLICE CAT FUZZ, SIZE MATTERS and DR. JEKYLL & MR. HYDE. ``We are delighted with Cambridge's endorsement for PG Studio,'' said Paul Michael, PGP managing director. ``Cambridge has earned an international reputation for its award-winning animation tool, Animo, and the company has an established and experienced distribution network. This industry presence and our innovation in production management are a powerful combination and enables us to jointly offer PG Studio to the worldwide animation community.'' Since 1992, Cambridge Animation Systems has pioneered the development of animation software tools and continues to be an innovator in 2D and 3D animation integration.
