KICK-ASS director Matthew Vaughn is in negotiations to helm X-MEN: FIRST CLASS, reports ComingSoon.net. The film will follow the launch of the mutant school by Xavier and Magneto as their relationship begins to break down. 20th Century Fox tapped Josh Schwartz and Jamie Moss to pen the script. Bryan Singer and Lauren Shuler Donner are the producers.
