SCHINDLER'S LIST writer Steve Zaillian has shifted his remake of Spanish sci-fi film, TIME CRIMES, from United Artists to DreamWorks, reports Deadline.com. Tim Sexton penned the original draft of the script, which producer Zaillian will rewrite.

The story follows a man who skips an hour back in time over and over again in order to change the results of a crime.

Agnes Mentre is also producing. Zaillian's Film Rites' Garrett Basch is the exec producer alongside original's writer/director Nacho Vigalondo and Carneros Gonzalez.
