Starz is teaming with Sam Raimi and Rob Tapert to create a live-action remake of the anime NOIR, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The original followed two female assassins investigating the mysterious connection between each other. Stephen Lightfoot will serve as writer, as well as exec producer alongside Raimi and Tapert.
