Evan Spiliotopoulos, the writer of SNOW WHITE AND THE HUNTSMAN and BATTLE FOR TERRA, has been tapped to pen Universal's adaptation of '70s videogame classic ASTEROIDS, reports Heat Vision. Matt Lopez (THE SORCERER'S APPRENTICE) wrote the first draft that follows two brothers who must reconcile in order to help save Earth from an alien invasion. Lorenzo di Bonaventura is the producer.
