Bryan Singer and THE USUAL SUSPECTS writer Christopher McQuarrie are teaming up again on JACK THE GIANT KILLER for New Line and Legendary Pictures, reports HEAT VISION.

The story follows a young farmer who must help save a kidnapped princess from the kingdom of the giants in order to stop a full out war between man and the giants.

Singer will soon start casting for the film that will start production in England this summer.

Original Film's Neal Moritz is producing alongside David Dobkin.

Mark Bomback (LIVE FREE OR DIE HARD) and Darren Lemke (GEMINI MAN) penned earlier drafts.
