Showtime Gets Damned About Graphic Novel Adaptation

Showtime is developing a small screen adaptation of the graphic novel THE DAMNED, reports Deadline.com. David Hayter (X-MEN) is penning the script.

Written by Cullen Bunn and illustrated by Brian Hurtt, the graphic novel follows a man trying to regain his soul while playing the sides against each other in a war between demonic mobsters.

Book's publisher Oni Press’ sister company Closed on Mondays Entertainment, the Littlefield Co. and CBS Television Studios are the studios. Closed on Mondays’ Eric Gitter and Warren Littlefield are the exec producers. Joe Nozemack and Andy Bourne are the producers.
