Paramount Pictures has hired THE SHIELD creator Shawn Ryan to adapt Tom Clancy's novel WITHOUT REMORSE, reports Vulture. Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci (STAR TREK) and David Ellison's Skydance Productions are producing.
The film follows John Kelly as he seeks to find justice for his stain girlfriend, who died from the hands of a Baltimore drug cartel. No word has been announced on whether the 1970s set novel will be modernized for the film.
