Universal Pictures and Michael Bay's Platinum Dunes has hired Simon Kinberg (SHERLOCK HOLMES) to rewrite OUIJA, reports 24 Frames. TRON: LEGACY's Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis penned the previous draft. McG is directing.

Ok, let's think this through. How was he hired? "Hmmmm. Sherlock Holmes takes place in the late 1800s. The ouija® board was patented in the late 1800s. He's our man!" No kidding... that's how they think in Hollywood. if you can call that thinking...
