Steve Zaillian (SCHINDLER'S LIST) is eying the remake of the Spanish sci-fier TIMECRIMES as his next directing gig, reports ComingSoon.net. Zaillian, who is adapting the script, said he'd like to make the film for $10 million, but casting a star to get the project greenlit and still stay in that price range could be difficult. He says the nature of the four character/two set story lends itself to a low budget.
