Director Craig Gillespie has left Lionsgate's adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith's PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AND ZOMBIES, reports Deadline.com. Gillespie had come onto the project after Mike White left, who had previously replaced David O. Russell, who was going to direct from his own script. Gillespie is leaving over the difficulties the production has had in finding a lead. Blake Lively, Emma Stone, Natalie Portman, Mia Wasikowska and Scarlett Johanson have all been offered the role, but have all passed.
