After having lost out the lead to Jeremy Renner, Oscar Isaac (ROBIN HOOD) has now landed another role in Tony Gilroy's THE BOURNE LEGACY, reports Deadline.com. Isaac will play the brainwashed assassin Number 3. The cast also includes Edward Norton and Rachel Weisz.

The BOURNE spinoff features a new assassin and his dealings with the Treadwell project during the time Jason Bourne is on the run.

Gilroy has written the script and will direct. Frank Marshall, Ben Smith and Jeffrey Weiner are the producers of the Universal picture.
