Josh Appelbaum and Andre Nemec (MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - GHOST PROTOCOL) have been tapped to write the reboot of TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES, reports Deadline.com. Platinum Dunes' Michael Bay, Brad Fuller and Andrew Form are producing for Paramount and Nickelodeon Movies.
