Most of the voice cast for MARMADUKE has been set, ComingSoon.net reports. The movie, which is based on Brad Anderson's popular comic strip, will be a mix of live action and CG-animated creatures.

The film was shot in Vancouver over the summer and is slated for release on June 4, 2010.

The voice cast includes: Amanda Seyfried as "Mazie," Jeremy Piven as "Bosco," Ron Perlman as "Chupadogra," Christopher Mintz-Plasse (aka "McLovin") is "Guiseppe," Stacy "Fergie" Ferguson is "Jezebel," Steve Coogan plays "Raisin," George Lopez is "Carlos" and Damon Wayans Jr. voices "Thunder."
