MacPherson Boosted to Exec VP at Disney

Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment has promoted Lori MacPherson to executive VP-general manager, VARIETY reports.

She will report to Bob Chapek and be responsible for the worldwide strategic product management, sales and distribution. MacPherson has worked at Disney for 18 years and recently shepherded Blu-ray into a major new format for the studio.
