The Producers Guild of America is set to give its 2010 David O. Selznick Achievement Award in Motion Pictures to John Lasseter, according to the LA TIMES. The Oscar-winning director/producer/studio exec will pick up the prize at the PGA ceremony on Jan. 24, 2010. Lasseter will be the first animation producer to take home the award. Last year the PGA honored Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall with the award. Previously Lasseter was the winner of the PGA's first Vanguard Award.
