Ken Faier New President of Nerd Corps Ent.
Ken Faier has departed Alliance Atlantis to join Nerd Corps Entertainment as president, responsible for the overall management and administration of the company's library of existing and new intellectual properties, including arranging financing, co-production partners, distribution and licensing and merchandising deals as well as work with the management team to oversee expansion of the company’s infrastructure into a full service global player in the children’s market.
The company, which produces the animation for Alliance Atlantis’ DRAGON BOOSTER series, will focus initially on two properties presently in development. The first, a CGI boys action/adventure series titled STORM HAWKS, will target kids 6-11 to be delivered in 2007. The other project is a comedy/action series in the early stages of development.

Faier, who says he will be known as El Presidente of Nerdcorps commented, “I finally embraced my inner nerd and I feel great about it! Faier was vp of production and distribution, overseeing the children’s division for Alliance Atlantis, for the past five years. Prior to Alliance Atlantis, Faier worked for 11 years at Brunico Communications Inc., where his responsibilities spanned publishing, events, Internet development, marketing and general management.
