Kelley Avery has been tapped to head up distribution of DreamWorks' franchises across numerous platforms, VARIETY reports.

The new worldwide head of franchise strategy and distribution will oversee the development of the studio's global franchise plan on physical and digital platforms. Avery will also be in charge of the company's home entertainment business.
