James Wan, whose last film was the haunted house tale INSIDIOUS, is in talks to take the helm of New Line's haunted house horror flick THE CONJURING, reports Variety. Based on the "true-life story," the plot will follow the Perron family who believe that both good and evil spirits reside in their Rhode Island farmhouse. Peter Safran and Tony DeRosa-Grund are the producers.
