Icahn Extends Lionsgate Offer

Carl Icahn is now giving Lionsgate shareholders until Dec. 2 to sell him their shares for $7.50, reports Variety. The offer was set to expire on Nov. 29. Lionsgate stock is now trading at $7.37 per share.

Icahn, who holds 33% of the company's shares, has been in a heated takeover bid. He believes Lionsgate execs are mismanaging company funds.
