Evan Spiliotopoulos (POOH'S HEFFALUMP MOVIE) has been tapped to re-write Universal Pictures' OUIJA, reports Variety. Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz (LOST) penned the original draft.

McG is directing with Hasbro's Brian Goldner and Bennett Schneir and Platinum Dunes' Michael Bay, Brad Fuller and Andrew Form producing. Universal's Scott Bernstein and Kiska Higgs are shepherding.

The film is set to arrive in theaters on Nov. 9, 2012.
