Paul Greengrass is in negotiations to direct a remake of FANTASTIC VOYAGE, according to VARIETY. 20th Century Fox and James Cameron’s Lightstorm Ent. are producing the 3-D redux. Cameron will produce. Shane Salerno (ALIEN VS. PREDATOR: REQUIEM) will adapt the screenplay.

The tale follows a group of scientists that shrink themselves to enter the body of a dying colleague in order to save his life.
