Chris Colfer (TV's GLEE) has inked a deal to develop a new Disney Channel series based on Florence Laughlin's children's book, THE LITTLE LEFTOVER WITCH, reports The Hollywood Reporter. He will write the pilot, which follows a little witch who is taken in by a family after her broom breaks.
