Will Beall (GANGSTER SQUAD) is in talks to rewrite LOGAN'S RUN for Warner Bros., reports Heat Vision. Nicolas Winding Refn is set to direct the futuristic tale based on William F. Nolan's novel. The story is set in a world when citizen reach a certain age they are killed, which spurs some to run for their lives.

Ryan Gosling has signed on to star. Joel Silver and Akiva Goldsman are the producers.
