John Orloff (LEGEND OF THE GUARDIANS: THE OWLS OF GA'HOOLE) is in talks to pen Bryan Singer's feature remake of BATTLESTAR GALACTICA, reports Deadline.com. Singer hopes to make the film his next project. The story follows the surviving members of a human space crew that suffered a surprise attack as they journey back to Earth. The film will be based on the original 1978 series and not the 2004 rebooted series.
