Fox has selected FRINGE writer/producer Brad Caleb Kane to pen the reboot of DAREDEVIL, reports The Hollywood Reporter. The new take on the character will be based on Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli’s "Born Again" storyline, which follows the blind lawyer turned superhero's descent into insanity at the hands of crime boss Kingpin.

David Slade is attached to direct. Peter Chernin and Dylan Clark are the producers. Fox will produce with New Regency.
