Framestore Strengthens Its Staff

Markus Manninen has been promoted to Deputy Head of FrameStore’s 3D department. Manninen joined FrameStore in 2000 from Film Tecknarna in Sweden and has since worked on numerous commercials, including British Gas’ “Mexican”, BT Cellnet’s “Animation”, Shell’s “Whale” and Fiat’s “Volcano.” He also recently directed campaigns for Cingular Wireless and Richard Burbidge. The company also announced that Paul O'Brien has recently joined FrameStore's Henry team. A seasoned Henry operator, O'Brien brings with him over 10 years experience. His credits include campaigns for Virgin, Starbucks and Nissan, and idents for the new digital channel E4. O'Brien also worked as a title designer for the BBC Series BODY STORY. Stephane Allender is the latest addition to FrameStore's ever growing commercial Inferno department. Allender has been honing his skills both in the U.K. and abroad having worked in France, Belgium, Italy, Germany and Israel. Prior to joining FrameStore in April, Allender worked at MPC for three years. FrameStore is an award-winning London-based special effects company.
