DAVID PRITCHARD will no longer be president and CEO of FILM ROMAN. The

SANFORD M. (SANDY) LITVACK has been named vice chairman of the board of THE
WALT DISNEY COMPANY. Litvack joined Disney in April, 1991, as senior vice
president and general counsel, and was promoted to executive vice president
