FAMILY GUY exec producer David Goodman has inked a two-year, six-figure contract with 20th Century Fox TV, reports VARIETY. As part of the pact, Goodman will develop new live-action and animated properties. He will still be involved in FAMILY GUY, but he and Chris Sheridan will be giving showrunner duties to Mark Hentemann and Steve Callaghan.

First up, Goodman will oversee the in-development animated shows FATHERS AND SONS, written by Jason Ruiz from the Fox Inkubation program, and an untitled high school-themed toon from Peter Chernin and ROBOT CHICKEN's Seth Green, Matthew Senreich and Tom Root.

Thank you for the update. This is going to be rather interesting to see what he does with this show. It is great that we get to see what happens right from the beginning of things. blagues
