Charles Pellegrino's book THE LAST TRAIN FROM HIROSHIMA, which James Cameron optioned for a possible film, has come to a halt at Henry Holt and Company, THE ASSOCIATED PRESS reports.

The publisher told the AP in a statement: "It is with deep regret that Henry Holt and Company announces that we will not print, correct or ship copies of Charles Pellegrino's `The Last Train from Hiroshima.'"

The project first ran into problems about a week ago after details about the book's interview subjects began raising doubts.
