ABC Developing Beauty and the Beast Series

ABC has begun development on a new TV series version of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, reports Deadline.com. JERICHO co-creator Jonathan E. Steinberg will pen the fantasy drama. Steinberg will also exec produce alongside Mojo Films’ Gary Fleder and ABC Studios' Mary Beth Basile. The show is being planned for the 2012-13 season.
