Patch Pillow Offers A Soft Landing At MIPCOM For Three International Studios

HONG KONG -- GDC, Village Productions and Agogo Corporation are in partnership on PATCH PILLOWS, a pre-school series already in production on 78 x 7 minute episodes. The series will makes it pre-sale debut at MIPCOM 2010 in Stand # 06 – 23 Hong Kong Pavilion with the series ready for acquisition in February 2011.

PATCH PILLOWS features four loveable characters; Sunny, Annie, Manny and Think, in a world of patches, play, fun and adventures. Written by well-known British animation writer, John Gatehouse, the four friends explore the four quadrants of Patchwork Valley, a revolving town that has Lenny, the Patch Tram, Coral Twins in the dry Patch Coral bed and Windows of Magic, the place for all of the answers. But it is Mr. Fern, the town’s tailor that the Patch Pillow kids turn to when starting an adventure.

CGI is the backdrop for great story telling, which is entertaining, as well as interactive and educational, but most of all is FUN.

The partnership for this production includes: GDC, one of China’s largest CG producers and is the producer and distributor of THROUGH THE MOEBIUS STRIP; Village Productions, one of Europe’s leading audio production and creative studios; and Agogo Corporation, a comprehensive animation producer who develops, produces, distributes TV animation.
