Palisades Toys has confirmed the acquisition of its newest action figure license Sesame Street. Beginning in 2005, fans can expect to see action figures based on many of the characters that have appeared on SESAME STREET throughout its historic 35-year run.
This license made sense for us on a variety of levels, said Palisades president/ceo, Michael Horn, First of all, Palisades has already proven that its up to the task of brining these puppets to life as action figures. Plus, its a show that is on television every day, and has a huge fan-base worldwide. We look forward to great things from this license.
The first figure to be released Palisades 2005 Tour Figure will be Super Grover. Super Grover will feature interchangeable heads (Super Grover and Grover Kent), a cloth cape and trench coat and a phone booth.
