DEADLINE.COM is reporting that Halcyon Holding Corp. sold the TERMINATOR rights to Pacificor for $29.5 million.
The Santa Barbara-based hedge fund also agreed to pay Halcyon $5 million for every TERMINATOR film made from now on. Oddly enough, Pacificor was the firm that lent privately funded Halcyon the $30 million need to purchase the rights on May 9, 2007.
