NXN Software Fill 3 Key Management Positions

NXN Software, a leading supplier of asset management solutions for the digital entertainment and computer graphics industries, has appointed Ernie Cicogna as its new general manager of U.S. operations, hired Neil Leshner to manage major account sales, and promoted Katja Reitemeyer to director of account management. These appointments support NXN's ongoing expansion into the games, film and simulation markets.

Cicogna will apply his 30 years of experience in the information technology industry to help NXN grow its business in North America. He spent 25 years at IBM in both sales and financial sides of the technology business, and for multiple software start-up companies in Silicon Valley.

Leshner will pursue the 3D feature film market for NXN, since many of its customers' video games are on studio's theatrical slates. Previously Leshner focused on major account sales for several Northern Californian start-up companies. He was a key account representative at Alias|Wavefront in the mid-1990s, where he sold to several major studios and visual effects houses.

Previously sales manager for continental Europe and North America, Reitemeyer will manage all customer relationships in North America and provide superior account service to NXN's customers that include the world's largest interactive entertainment companies. Prior to joining NXN as one of its first employees in 1997, Katja Reitemeyer worked for two years in the production of computer games.
