The National Screen Institute - Canada, in association with Global Television Network, is hosting the NSI Global Marketing Program culminating at MIP-TV 2004 in Cannes, France. "Successful Canadian producers are looking beyond our borders to bring their projects to worldwide audiences," said program manager Mickey Rogers. "This program brings in some of Canada's and the world's leading broadcasters, producers and distributors to mentor and train participants so they have the tools and confidence they need to succeed at a MIP market."

The three phases of NSI Global Marketing are:* Phase 1 - Individual skills assessment and project marketing research and marketing material assignments by the program manager.* Phase 2 - Upon successful completion of Phase 1, participants will receive three days of intense training with international broadcasters, mentors and the program manager.* Phase 3 - Participation in sessions, individual coaching and networking opportunities at MIP-TV.
