The ska-rock band No Doubt has sued Activision over their avatars in BAND HERO, reports VARIETY. The members object to players' ability to change the members of the band and have the avatars of their likenesses singing other songs. The group were under the impression the avatars would only be used for the three licensed No Doubt songs.
Activision did not comment to the trade, but in the suit No Doubt stated that the game publisher refused to change the game because it would be too costly.
